NeuraMesh support

Find your next step, understand a compute claim, or report something that is not working. Start with the guides below, then contact us with the details of your question.

What do you need help with?

01 / Get started

Understand the platform

See how NeuraMesh describes GPU capacity, compute claims and delivery. Use this overview before exploring the finance prototype.

Explore the platform →
02 / Build

Developer documentation

Review protocol objects, execution evidence and integration boundaries. Bring the specific object or workflow you are working with when asking a technical question.

03 / Plan compute

GPU workload and provider guides

Compare hardware and procurement options. The guides explain trade-offs; they do not certify a provider or guarantee current availability.

Before you report a problem

A useful report explains what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps, but the exact error text and steps are easier to search and reproduce.

Contact NeuraMesh support →
  1. Identify the page and action. Include the full page URL and the steps that led to the problem.
  2. Describe the result. Copy the error message and explain the result you expected. Include the approximate time and your time zone.
  3. Add relevant context. Tell us your browser, device and whether you were browsing the site or running the prototype locally. For a local setup, include the repository revision if known.
  4. Remove private information. Redact credentials, private keys, seed phrases, access tokens and customer data from screenshots or logs.

Common support questions

Can I buy live GPU capacity through this site?

The current site is a protocol prototype with reference markets. A displayed GPU model, delivery window or price is not confirmation of available inventory or a live reservation. Contact us to discuss your requirements before making deployment plans.

Where do I start with compute claims and settlement?

Start with the platform overview, then read the architecture and developer documentation. These explain the intended roles of capacity claims, execution evidence and settlement. The Learn library adds workload planning and provider comparison guides.

What should I do if a page or finance workspace action fails?

Note the page URL, the action you took and the exact error text. Try a reload once and record whether the issue repeats. Include your browser and device when you contact us. If a wallet or transaction is involved, check its existing state before retrying; do not assume an error means nothing happened.

Does NeuraMesh publish a support response-time guarantee?

No response-time commitment is published for the prototype. Do not treat an email inquiry as confirmation of a capacity reservation, provider approval or production support agreement.

How do I report incorrect documentation or comparison content?

Send the page URL, the sentence or table entry you believe is incorrect, and a primary source that explains the correction. For comparisons, include the provider and feature in question so the relevant claim can be checked.

For a closer look at the protocol, read the architecture overview. To report a content correction, review the editorial policy and send the details through Contact.
